How to pay?
Usually you can make a T/T advance payment to our bank account. We do have some other accounts in different countries for your convenience.

1 to 3 working days.
Usually, we need 1 to 3 working days for the following process:
Retriving tools from warehouse, document preparation, courier booking and waiting for pickup.
What is the typical lead time for your tailor made products?
The typical lead time for the tailor made cutting tools is about 1 to 3 weeks, which depends on the production process and the complicity of tools.

Usually we send our tools out from Shenzhen.
In some occasions that the transport charge is high, some of our parcels go to Hongkong firstly and are then deliverty to the final destination.
Can I use my own account for delivery?
Yes. In case you have signed a long term contract with your transport agent, we can also use your account to booking the delivery and you pay for the transport.
How can I know the general tolerance of each tool?
Usually we figure the tolerance in the dimensions. In case you don’t find it, please refering to the following:
Overall length: +0.5/-0.5mm
Shank diameter: h4, suitable for shrink fit (carbide tools only)
Cutting diameter of reamers: h7 or as specified
How can you guarantee the tolerance?
The high-precision linear dimensions are usually measured by micro meter under:
- 20 ℃；
- Humidity：《=55%.
What material are you usually making cutting tools from?
- HSS: high speed steel, including: normall HSS, HSS-E(with Co content 5% to 8%), PM-HSS （Powder metallurgy high-speed steel）
- Solid tungsten carbide: the alloy made from WC particles and Co binder.
- Super hard material: Natural diamond, artificial diamond, poly crystaline diamond, cubic boron nitride, etc
Where are your tungsten carbide from?
We have our own sintering factory and make tools from the powder production to the grinding in different geometrical tolerances under our own roof.
Are you recycling tungsten carbide?
Yes. But the recycled tungsten carbide is crunched and meshed to a certain grain size range so that we can reuse them as original particles. The ratio of re-crunched tungsten carbide is restrictly controlled to gurantee the performance and unifomity of the final carbide grades.
Can you do the coating under your roof?
No we don’t.
But the best coating companies including Balzers, Cemecon, PVT, Ion-bond, have branch plants around Tungstool and we can get the typical and best coating from all of them. We do think it is better than we do the coating by ourselves.
How soon is the coating process supposed to be?
Usually 1 working day to 10 working days, it depends on the coating type.
For the most popular coating type, 24 hours is enough for the coating and transportation.
The longest coating process is the CVD diamond and it is usually about 5 to 10 working days.
What type of coating can you do?
TiCN, TiN, TiAlN, AlTiN, CrN, ZrN, TiB2, TiAlSiN, TiAlN/TiSiN, DLC, Diamond, etc.

Can you coat as per my request?
Yes we can but we strongly not suggested.
